Peter Moore

Originally from Uxbridge, Ontario, Moore graduated from Ontario College of Art (OCAD) in 1973. A Graphic Designer and illustrator by profession, he has designed logos, brochures, and various pieces of advertising literature for over thirty years.

The last few years of Moore's career have seen him take a new direction - painting. He works almost exclusively in acrylic on canvas or board. Subject matter ranges from rural landscapes, old barns, and rusty vehicles to his real love... golf.

"They become part of you, sometimes it is difficult to sell a piece of yourself - you realize you probably won't ever see the painting again, but you also know you can go on to a fresh new idea for another piece."
